I am having a hard time coming to terms with this, but RIP my little brother.  I will forever miss you and love you.

My sincere sympathies to Mille, Lindsay, Julette, Ronnie, and the extended family of Larry Hicks. While growing up in New Castle my family and relatives enjoyed close relationships with the Hicks family. Larry, Julette and Ronnie were like cousins to me. I "always" enjoyed spending time with them wherever we were at. I cherish very special and fond memories of the good times we had on Grant Street in New Castle. I will always remember Larry for the positive and vibrant energy he had when interacting with others.  I remember that Larry always brought smiles to those around him. I am sure that he will be sadly missed by many.

RIP Uncle Pops I will forever miss you. I have not come to terms with this that I can call and talk get advise laugh and just feel love. I am blessed to have been born your niece.

For a while I haven't known what exactly to say. Honestly i still do not, I have alot of memories with Lindsay and you and her mom when we were kids, and i am truly saddened by your passing. Lindsay and Mrs Hicks will forever and always be in my heart and prayers. Rest in Peace.
