

He leaves behind his loving Wife Shelly with whom he just celebrated 72 years of devoted marriage, his three children, Cliff (Chellie), Jeffrey (Casey) and Stacy Talbott (Tom), his 9 loving grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren as well as his sister Ruth Baker and sister-in-law Evelyn Begun, and their children.
Len led an active life, including passionately introducing gun control and seat belt safety laws and proudly helping develop the Capital Center and bringing the Washington Capitals to town. Len was involved in Ohr Kodesh Congregation, Big Brothers, Amity, Zionist Organization of America, B’Nai Brith and many other charitable organizations. He enjoyed travelling with his family to every state in the country and around the world, playing tennis and golf into his 80’s but most of all, cherishing his family.
Funeral will be on Sunday, November 20, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Ohr Kodesh Congregation in Chevy Chase and burial at King David Cemetery. Shiva will be on Sunday November 20th and Monday November 21st.
Shiva will be observed at The Lionsgate following the internment and for evening services on Sunday November 20, 2022, and on Monday November 21, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 p.m., and for evening services.
