Sending my deepest condolences at this time of loss. Mark was a helpful, kind colleague who always had time to teach me more about patent law, Excel, or the board game Catan. As such, he will be with us always.

Ruth, Carolyn and Helen,

We remember a quick wit, humor and a loving father watching courtside and from the softball bleachers. We are glad to have shared those brief but special moments.

With our warm regards and memories,

Andy, June, Emma and Nora

I met Mark about 15 years ago when he became the patent counsel for NxStage Medical. He was an extremely bright man, and kind and courteous as well. I will miss him.

We met mark in 1998 when I worked for the company “Electric Fuel” in Israel and he was our Patent attorney. We remained friends ever since, enjoying his wedding with dear Ruth and seeing their twins here in Atlanta. Hearing of his passing was a SHOCK. He was a gentile, generous, warm and loving ethical man… and an excellent patent attorney. Ruth, our hearts go out to you and the girls so tenderly. Call any time you want or need to.
