Nancy Hao Hsu, 78, of Boyds, Maryland, passed away on March, 13, 2025, due to complications from a short battle with cancer. Nancy was born in 1947 in China and spent her formative years in Taipei, Taiwan. It was there that she met and married Howard Hsu before immigrating to the United States of America in 1973 and settling in the state of Maryland. Nancy developed her career as an accountant at Academy Heating and Air Conditioning, in Rockville, Maryland and eventually became sole owner of the company.
Nancy spent the last 20 years of her life traveling around the world with Howard and spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Howard Hsu of Boyds, MD, daughter Cynthia Hsu and her husband, Carl Jacobson of Springfield, Virginia; and her son Richard Hsu and his wife Krissyl Gallegos of Derwood, Maryland.
