I am just learning of the passing of this great soul. I had the pleasure of working with Randolph hear at Lockheed Martin.  He was one of kindest, pleasant most upstanding people I've ever known.  Sometimes we'd catch up on company gossip in the parking lot as we were leaving and he always had a great insight on so many levels. My prayers and condolences to his beautiful family which he often spoke so highly about.  I pray that your memories of this great soul comfort you.

I knew Randolph and the family through scouting as my two boys were in the same dens as Vincent and Brandon and I was a part of the leadership for both.  We went on many camping trips together with Pack 621 over the 8 year period.  Since then, it has been mostly running into a family members at the local Giant.

I am deeply saddened to get this news, especially several months after the fact.  I am always on the lookout for Randolphs hat in Giant.  He was a wonderful Dad and family man.  My condolences and prayers for Lolanda and the family.

I met Randolph at work, where I had the privilege or knowing him as a professional colleague and friend.
As a colleague, he was a talented IT professional with a world of experience.  Among his work accomplishments while here, was the development and implementation of a very flexible and robust dynamic DB2 application that sets a standard in excellence that is second to none.   

As a friend, he made you laugh and  was an inspirational leader. He was obviously very proud of his family and often shared inspirational moments about his loving wife and children.  

Most notably, he was a comforting spiritual guide who reminded everybody that the Almighty is in charge.  

During some of our conversations, Randolph would share with me some of his  history which included a different career before IT, and persevering during difficult times.

There will never be another Randolph who I am sure holds a very special place in heaven.
I pray that his family is comforted during these difficult times.

Saddened to hear about the passing of Randolph.  I knew him through a Bible study at VIPS.  Randolph was a kind man who walked the way of the Lord.  He also often talked about his wonderful family.  

Will be praying for the family during this challenging time.

Lolanda and family, we are so sorry for your loss but know Randolph has taken up residence in heaven.  We are praying for you and the kids.
