On Monday, June 1, 2026, Raymond D’Antuono of Selbyville, Delaware, passed away at the age of 95. He was the beloved husband of Brenda of 28 years; devoted father of Danielle; and cherished grandfather of Graham, Garrett, and Lucas, with whom he shared a special bond. Ray was preceded in death by his first wife, Sheri; his parents Luigi and Florenza; and brothers, Michael and Louis. He is survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Born in Washington, DC and a long-time resident of Silver Spring, MD, Ray became an expert and dedicated Lineman and had a successful career of over forty years at PEPCO. After retiring, he continued to serve PEPCO as a contractor for five years. Ray was a proud member of the District of Columbia Army National Guard, as well as being a lifelong fan of the Baltimore Colts, Ravens, and Orioles teams. He enjoyed life to its fullest and was so giving and caring to all.
Relatives and friends may call at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800 New Hampshire Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, from 4pm – 8pm. On Tuesday, June 16, a memorial service will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, June 17, followed by Internment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
