Richard Frank Ruiz September 18, 1958 – April 24, 2017 Richard Frank Ruiz, a resident of Silver Spring Maryland, died unexpectedly on April 24, 2017 at the age of 58. Rick (Ricky) is survived by his children John Carlos, Lauren (of Silver Spring, Maryland) and Bobbi (of Great Britain); four brothers Carlos, Anthony (Karen), Michael and Nick; and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents Yolanda and Carlos Ruiz of Fredericksburg, Virginia. Rick attended Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring, Maryland. Services will be held at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home in Silver Spring, Maryland from 12:00 – 2:00 PM Saturday May 6th, 2017. There will be a Celebration of Life at the American Legion 11225 Fern St. Wheaton, Maryland from 2:30 – 5:30.
