Married in 1954, faith was the center foundation of our family. Dad’s father was a Minister, and we were very very active as a family in our Methodist church, worshiping, and serving as leaders on various committees and Mom and Dad as youth group leaders for years. We had a tremendous joy of music, with mom at the piano, Dad a tenor soloist, and Deb, her husband Rick, and Jan all in choir since an early age. We also shared our love of boating and of travel as a family, visiting over 20 countries and states all across the US. Jan, Deb and Rick celebrate the love and wonderful gifts we’ve been blessed with from Ruth and Ed. We know heaven is richer too.
