Shirley M Wagner

Born March 15, 1932 in Luzerne County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Ruth Louise (Pegg) and Ralph Smith.

A loving wife and mother, Mrs. Wagner spent her entire employed career as a service worker at Young's Manufacturing, at Greater Philadelphia Junior Academy as a bus driver and daycare provider and at Wendy's and Gino's restaurants.

Shirley was a faithful member of Lansdale SDA Church for many years. Her hobbies included playing the piano and organ, singing in the church choir, and traveling.

She is survived by her three children, Ruth L. Anderson of Martinsburg, WV, Richard D. Wagner (Donna) of Montgomery, TX, and Rachelle L. Potts (David) of Silver Spring, MD, five grandchildren and two siblings, Beatrice Crawford of Allentown, PA and Donna Strittmatter (Kenneth) of Dallas, PA.

In addition to her husband Glen, Shirley was preceded in death by sisters Louise Travelpiece and Delores Klein and brothers Robert and Ralph Smith.

A memorial service will take place at 4pm on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at the Lansdale SDA Church, 887 Troxel Road, Lansdale, PA. Interment will be in a private ceremony at the Nuremburg Cemetery, Nuremburg, PA.
