Rahel and Binyam:

We have known Mr. Bill for almost 3 years. We live next door. But It feels like we have known him for more than that. He always makes himself available to help his neighbors sharing tips, rules, and norms in the neighborhood. He was very respectful, and humble. He encourages us to ask him questions or borrow any tools we wanted. He was a good storyteller too. Last summer He helped me to fix our front garden wood border, and we sat for hours telling stories.

He was the best neighbor. He will be missed.

Our deepest condolences to the family.
Rest In Peace Mr. Bill

We live 2 doors down from him, he was the best neighbor, from day one he was always there for my family, he was kind, talkative and overall amazing. He was the emergency neighbor for my nephews, he really made an impact on my 10yr old nephew. He knew and cared for him from day one...he encouraged him to keep trying when he was learning how to ride a bike with no training wheels, he would fix his bike chain. Their are hundreds of memories. Not a single bad one in 15 yrs. He was the picture of what it means to be a neighbor. He will forever be missed and rembered. My family sends our deepest condolences to his. RIP Bill
