I'm sorry to hear of your father passing. I will always have a special place in my heart for both your mom and dad. They always made me feel like one of the family as I always referred to them as my adoptive parents. Doing work at their house was always a pleasure. Being met at the door by Louie with a pillow was always welcoming, and as I was finishing up work there would be a sandwich waiting for me. It's nice to see the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. If there is any thing you need, please don't hesitate to call.

I was your father's roommate at Western
Military Academy back in the late 1940's.
We continued to correspond since those days. I sent a card at the  recent holidays and was worried since this was the first year he did not respond.
I spoke to him on the phone for a long time after Connie's death.  He was a great friend and I will miss him.

I am sorry for your loss.  I knew your Dad for many years.  I spoke to him last in August.  He was looking forward to a trip to see Neal and to traveling with Amy.  He was extremely proud of his family.  Bill was one of the most gracious, sincere and ethical men I have known.  A prince of a guy.  I am glad to have known him and I will miss him.
