Arlene L Clegg

She was born on Aug. 10, 1935 in Boston, Ma., the daughter of Harry Anderson and Mildred (Jarvis) Anderson.

She married Richard Clegg on March 31, 1988 in Lynn, Ma.

She was employed by the Sheridan Hotel in Boston, Ma., as a switch board operator for eighteen years.

Arlene enjoyed going to Hollywood Slots in Bangor, playing cards, playing bingo and she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Clegg ,of 24 years, of Bingham, 4 children; Jacklyn Woodman of Bingham, Michael Muse, Scott Muse and Maria Muse all of Ma., 1 brother, Michael Anderson and his wife, Ramona, of OKL., 2 sisters, Judith Deavney and her husband ,Frank, of Ma., Phyllis Prentiss and her husband, Phil, of Ma., 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, sister-in-law, Catherine Clegg of Skowhegan, several Nieces and Nephews.

She is predeceased by her Mother and Father, 1 son, John Muse, 1 daughter, Nicole Clegg, brother-in-law, Herbert Clegg

Visiting hours will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Monday, Feb. 4, 2013 at the Smart & Edwards Funeral Home, 183 Madison Ave., Skowhegan, Maine.
