Barbara L. Dearden

She was born on Sept. 8, 1935 in Somerville, MA. the daughter of Evans C. Fowlie and Josephine (Hunter) Fowlie.

She married Howard E. Dearden on April 24, 1970 in Amesbury, MA.

She spent most of her life as a homemaker.

Barbara's passions were knitting, crocheting and any craft that she found on line, playing poker, she loved her gospel music, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Howard of 46 years, of Norridgewock, 9 children, Pamela Bedard of GA, Keith "Bucky" Gagnon of NH, Linda Thibeault and husband, Mark of NH, Melody Allen and husband, Charles of MA, Mary-Jo Christian and husband, Brian of NH, Kelly Pelletier and husband, Dana of SC, Laurie Ross and fiancé, Dick Machos of NH, Angel Miller and husband, Sean of NH, 28 grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren, her friend since childhood, Geraldine Greenleaf, and husband Bob of Norridgewock. She loved her dogs, Peppah and Hudson.

She is predeceased by her Mother and Father, one daughter, Cheryl Gagnon.

Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of Barbara's life at her home, 170 Ward Hill Rd., Norridgewock on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016 at 2:00 p.m.
