

She was born November 13, 1928 in Lubec, Maine, to Pearl (Fletcher) and John Murphy. She grew up and was educated in Lubec.
She was married to Lewis Nolan, June 1956.
She worked for Norrwock Shoe Company for many years.
She loved to crochet, knit and quilt, also to cook, can vegetables, and make jams and jellies. She got great joy doing family history with her computer and keeping in touch with family and friends. Listening to music was a favorite past time.
She was predeceased by her father and mother, her husband and her elder son Warren Corson Jr.
She is survived by her two sons Lewis Nolan and his wife Darlene of Norridgewock, John Corson and his wife Sylvia of Madison, her daughter in-law Renee Corson of Skowhegan, her sister; Pat Baker of Skowhegan, her grandchildren; Darren, Vaughn and wife Lynn, and Samantha, her great-grandchildren; Nevaeh and Evan, and many nieces and nephews.

Viewing hours will be held on Sunday March 3, 2013 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Smart & Edwards Funeral Home, 183 Madison Ave., Skowhegan, Maine, a funeral service will be held on Monday March 4, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Faith Baptist Church, 19 Washburn Lane, Skowhegan, Maine. A committal service will be held in the spring at the Southside Cemetery in Skowhegan.
