Madison- Ricky Pepin, 29, has gone on to join his Father Gary, Uncle Donnie and Grandfather Ralph unexpectedly on Friday, February 11, 2011 as a result of a snowmobile accident.
Ricky was born on June 11, 1981 in Lincoln, ME; a son of Gary and Christine Pepin.
He was a graduate of Madison High School Class of 1999, and was currently employed at Sappi Paper Mill.
Ricky cherished family and the outdoors. He was a very loving and proud father; he enjoyed being a son, a big brother and an uncle. Rick shared his father’s love for the outdoors and had a zest for life. He was very passionate about hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and four-wheeling; these were some of things he loved to do.
Ricky leaves behind his pride and joy; his son Bailey Pepin, his beloved mother Christine, two sisters; Amanda Robbins and husband Gabe of VA, Laura Pepin and fiancé Denny Knight; nieces and nephews; Mackenzie Robbins, Noella and Gunner Pepin and Bostyn Knight, maternal grandmother Doris Boss of Lincoln, several aunts, uncles and cousins, close friends; Morgan Pinkham and Zack Walker, Nathan Burke, Keith Burns, Mary Williams, Shawn and Arica Burwood, Derek Baker, Dan Kinney, Shaun and Beth Swain and their son Jonathan as well as countless other close friends and co-workers.
A visitation will be held at Smart & Edwards Funeral Home on Monday, February 14, 2011 from 3 to 6 pm. A celebration of life will be held at the Union Hall (USW) on Rt. 201 on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at 1pm with Rev. Mark Tanner officiating.
