Robert Stanley Henderson

Norridgewock - Robert Stanley Henderson, 91, died September 17th at his home in Norridgewock. He enjoyed working at Norrwock Shoe, and later in life, selling insurance for AFLAC. He loved his family, his dogs, and the birds who visited his backyard, in equal measure. He played and loved sports: football, baseball, golfing, swimming and especially skiing. Living in Red Sox land, he was a life-long Yankees fan. He enjoyed woodworking; his one-of-a-kind spatula-spoons are used daily in homes along the East Coast.

He is predeceased by his daughter Lisa, and his wife, Georgette.

He leaves another daughter, Janet and her husband, John; their sons Vincent and Crockett; a son David who cared for him until his last breath; a brother, Wayne and his wife Charlene and their children Lynn, Scott and Amy

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Smart and Edwards Funeral Home.
