Billy is survived by wife, Millie Fritz; son, Bill Fritz of Smithville; daughter Gail Draper of Jarrell; son David Elmore of Katy and by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Billy is preceded in death by his father, Virgil Fritz; mother, Marie Loyce Ryan Fritz; daughter, Amy Lynn Fritz; brother, William Lavon Fritz; and grandson Billy Joe Fritz.
Visitation is Friday, February 14, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM with funeral services at 2:00 PM at Marrs-Jones Funeral Home in Smithville. Interment at Oak Hill Cemetery, Smithville.
