She was born July 26, 1957 in Beloit, Wisconsin to Bridie and Benjamin Fleck, Sr.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Recek, brother, Larry Wayne Fleck, and grandson, Chris Price. Connie is survived by her parents, Ben and Bridie Fleck, three sons, Freddie and his wife Lisa, Steven, and David Scallan, one daughter, Carol Marie Scallan, brother, Ben Fleck, Jr and his wife Carolyn, sister, Carol Pavlicek and her husband Larry, 11 grandchildren, Justin, Shelby, Christopher, Shayne, Anthony, Desirea, Emma, Cheryl, Kayla, Damien, Kimbo, and one great granddaughter, Isabella.
