Odelia Rabel

Odelia was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Henry Rabel, and her brother Emil J. Ott, Jr.

She is survived by her son, Carroll Henry Rabel Sr., and his wife Mary Seline of String Prairie; sister, Agatha “Gottie” Frerich of Lockhart; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Goertz of String Prairie; two grandsons, Carroll Henry Rabel Jr. and his wife Amy of Red Rock, Terrell Joseph Rabel and his wife Debbie of Mercedes; and three great grandchildren Barrett, Carina and Carlie.

Visitation for Odelia Rabel will be from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, August 15, 2010 at Marrs-Jones Funeral Home in Smithville.

Rosary will be at 7:30 p.m.Sunday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in String Prairie, TX.

Funeral Mass will at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 16, 2010 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in String Prairie, TX. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in String Prairie, TX.
