Ray is survived by his niece, Jessie Foeggelle, her husband Joe Foegelle and their children, Johna Hutchison and Steve Bettcher ; Johna’s children, Dawn and Alec Janysek; and Steve’s children, Bryce, Sawyer and Abigail Bettcher.
Ray's passion was playing his guitar at country honky-tonks.
Graveside Military Honors and Burial will be 1:00pm Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at Byler Cemetery in West Point, Texas.
