Chuck graduated from Everett High School, Class of '50 and went on to the University of Washington to graduate with a degree in Pharmacy in 1955. After working in several pharmacies, he bought the historic McGhee's Pharmacy on the corner of Rucker and Hewitt in Everett.

He was skipper to the yacht Sea Pill, and a member of the Everett Yacht Club and had many boating adventures with his family and friends in the Puget Sound, the Gulf Islands, and beyond.
His parents, and his loving wife, Evelyn of 38 years, preceded him in death.
Chuck is survived by his children, Tamara Clauson (Curt), Eric Edeen (Katherine), Brian Edeen (Judi), Curtis Edeen (Tammy), Samuel Schorsch (Myla), Dale Schorsch, Janice Singer, Susan Stubblefield (Darryl); 14 grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
