Eliene H. Williams was born to Otto & Lydia Mueller in Heimkirchen, Germany, on July 26, 1932. She attended school in Kaiserlautern, Germany. She came to the US in 1961. Eliene met Jim Williams, her husband of 52 years in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1964.

With her passion for high end fashion Eliene opened and owned a high end clothing store named Ballard Fashion Shop in Ballard, WA. She enjoyed dancing, singing, modeling, and being with her family. She just loved talking and meeting people as well as dressing to her fullest. She loved all her family including her animals throughout the years: Coco, Reno, Little Red, Topsy, Toro, Tina, Iris, Rosie, and Lucky Boy.

Eliene had one adopted daughter, Brenda Redding, and one daughter of the heart, Becky Perkins. She met her daughters when they were 8 and 11 years old in Snohomish, WA in 1972. In 1984, Eliene and Jim officially adopted Brenda. It was a match made in heaven. Brenda always wanted a mother and Eliene always wanted a daughter. By this time Becky was married and had a family so she became a daughter of the heart. The memories grew from there. They became very close and loved each other with all their hearts.

She is survived by her daughters, Brenda (Cliff), and Becky (Fred), extended family members Tabitha, Kristina, Dessirae, Damein, Donny, Frances, Fred & Jake, and Jordyn.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Merrill Williams, her parents, Otto & Lydia Mueller, and her brother, Ottmar Mueller.

I bought some fall flowers this past weekend and I couldn’t help but remember all the flower shopping we did together. I miss your wisdom, your smile and your kisses and hugs. I love you.

I am sorry I couldn't be there to say good-bye. I remember when you gave me a gift for my first daughter $50. I bought a planner for me to keep track of appointments and my work & school schedule. I also got her Lion King jammies since the movie had just come out. Then over the years afterwards we have more memories but I would say this one is the one that really makes me think of you with love! All the birthday celebrations we have had and holidays over the years are beautiful memories too! The last couple years I really did get to know you more since we talked more. I really enjoyed learning about you and the incredible life you have lived! You are missed a lot and I'm grateful to have gotten to know you better before I moved. Much love dear lady. XOXOXOXO

Mutti and I had so many great memories. One of her favorite things to do was to have lunch at McCormick's than watch a musical at the Paramount Theatre. I also remember going down to pike place market many times and having lunch and walking the market. We had a lot of good times. I miss my Mutti. She was the best mother a girl could have. I always knew I was loved. She will forever be in my heart. Love you forever my Mutti!

Where do I even start with sharing a favorite memory? I have so many to choose from... From your sassy hats, your smiles, your hugs and kisses to the lively debates. As a family we have had our ups and downs and everything in between, but that never got in the way of loving you with all my heart! I so cherished the talks that we had and all the time we spent together. My heart is so sad because I will not get another chance to touch, kiss, hug and talk with you. Thank you for loving me.
