Dear Hudson Family,

We were saddened to hear of Greg's passing.  He would update us on his health at run ins at the store or  in the neighborhood.  He was certainly hard working here in Cedar Heights for many years keeping this road in good shape and to us,  being a 'founding father' of this development.  He will be missed in many ways,   Our condolences to all of those who loved him.

Dear Jan and family, I'm so glad I got to see Greg and you at the lake in August and know how much he loved his family and his lake.  Sue and Bob

Greg was and still is in my mind a true freind. I will never forget the leadership he shared with all his co-workers and the lessons he taught others. His work was inpeckable at all times regardless whether he was using his hands or his mind. I will truly miss his humor (sometimes hard to see) and most of all his freindship. Our best during this hard time,

dear jan. I am so sorry to hear about the death of greg. I would say he was the only true friend i had after the end of my marriage. he offered comfort and friendship in my darkest days. he had atruly positive sense of humor and i never knew him in his hey days in boeing. am sure he make the job bearable for many people there..

The south end Curlew Lake folks will truly miss Greg.  It will not be the same without him.  He truly enjoyed his home here and the lake, and could hardly wait to tell us the next time he would be back.  We all had such fun gatherings and parties, which took place often.  It was fun watching Greg and Jan fish, and everytime one of them caught a fish Jan would yell "Wu Hoo!" and we would all laugh and be in competition to catch the next big fish.  I'll miss looking up from the lake while kayaking and not seeing Greg watch Jan kayak.  We will not see Greg at the lake anymore, but he will not be forgotten!-Jennine & Charlie Groth

I will always remember Greg sitting on the white bench at the dock looking out at the lake. Few people achieve peace in their lifetime, but Greg was so at peace at his lakeside retreat with the love of his wife and the companionship of his dog.
