I was so sad to hear the news that Kevin had passed. I had the opportunity to work with him when he was at SHD for many years and he was so kind. My thoughts and prayers go out to his wife, daughters and all that knew him.

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin for several years and he was one of the nicest and kindest people I've ever know. He loved riding his motorcycle, always had a smile and a kind word, and was super helpful and considerate. He will be missed and prayers to his family.

I just want to share how sad this news is to me, Kevin was such a good guy, he was both a mentor and friend at SHD. He talked so much about you, Toni, and the girls, it will be so hard without him. I lost my husband 4 years ago, he was 61, it is so hard, the first year and into the second, slowly gets better, just know my daughter and I are holding all of you close in heart, prayers and thoughts.

Dear Toni, Allison and Karen,
I am so sorry. Kevin will always be remembered as a proud dad, loving husband and a strong advocate for education. Toni, you were always a great host and many staff functions were held at your house over the years. Kevin would be there after work. And he always made me feel welcome in your home. I admired the way he talked about you and the girls. You could tell the 3 of you were his world. And, as a teacher in Lake Stevens, I felt that Kevin looked out for all students and staff in our district. There was a sense of security knowing that he was on the school board and had a voice for us all. I am heartbroken for your family. Please know you are all loved by so many. My heart and prayers go out to you.
