Lucille was born on September 19, 1926 in the Snohomish Hospital.
Lucille graduated from Snohomish High School and lived her entire life in Snohomish. She was known for her love of plants and gardening and worked for over 20 years at Shinoda Floral until her retirement.
She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Frank Troupe. She is survived by her daughters, Sandra and Pamela; her two grand-daughters, two great-grand-daughters; and numerous nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by her family and many, many friends.
No formal services are planned, per her request.
A Celebration of Life potluck will be arranged at a later date.
