May 9, 1958 - April 3, 2021
Michelle was born in Oregon City, Oregon to Clayton Christian, Jr. and Carolyn Joy (Hanson) Christian. She had one sister, Laurie (Christian) Barnhart, two years her junior.
Michelle lived in Canby, Oregon until her family relocated to Redmond, Washington in 1965. She attended Redmond schools from Redmond Elementary through her graduation in 1976 from Redmond High School. She had one (amazing) son, Justin R. Christian. Justin resides in New Hampshire with his wife, Alyson and daughter, Cora.
Michelle was married to Bruce Johnson for almost 25 years. Early in their marriage, Bruce, Michelle and her son, Justin, moved to sunny California for approximately 20 years. Michelle had a 27 year career working for Macy's including several years as a top Christian Dior Counter Manager. Michelle continued to live in California until Bruce passed away, at age 52, from cancer. She returned to Washington a year later to live closer to her Washington family.
At the time of her passing, Michelle had been married eight years to her second husband, John Radovich. John and Michelle resided in beautiful Snohomish, Washington in a home on acreage.
Michelle was kind & generous, without a fault. She believed in the value and joy of family above all else. She absolutely loved music, went to concerts whenever she could, and sang daily. Her penchant for traveling and enjoying different foods was rivaled only by her passion for cooking. She truly loved animals and advocated for them - favorites being horses, cats, dogs and wildlife - especially her numerous pet cats over the years. Possessing a huge heart, she made many friends and always believed in doing the right thing. If she had any sense that someone could benefit from some help, she was the first one there.
Michelle is survived by her husband, John, her son, Justin, her granddaughter, Cora, her sister, Laurie, plus many extended family members.
Michelle was predeceased by her parents, her first husband and nephew, Tyler.
