

He leaves behind his loving and devoted wife, Esther of 50 years. He is also survived by six children and 13 grandchildren, Richard O'Bernier and his son, Gregory; Jessie (Arne) Sandvik and their children, Benjamin, Matthew, Amanda, Ranae, and Joshua; Jackie Griff and her daughters, Jamie and Rachel; Paul and (Jo Ann) O'Bernier and their daughters, Erin and Sarah; Jeanette and (Kevin) Tronsdal, and their daughter, Katie; and Michelle and (Daniel) Treherne and their sons, Austin and Brett.
He was preceded in death by his triplet sons, William Henry, Clemence Wayne and Michael Patrick, lost at birth; his parents, Clemence and Mary; his sister, Judith; and son-in-law, Richard Griff.
He was born in Waterbury, Connecticut. He served in the U.S. Air Force for four years from 1957-1961 and was stationed at Paine Field Air Force base in Everett, Washington.
Paul O'Bernier was a dedicated and hard worker. He worked for 36 years at Scott Paper Company (later became Kimberly Clark) in Everett, WA. He had an admirable work ethic and was a great provider.
He was an outdoorsman that had a great love for fishing, hunting and camping. He had great times on his boat with family and friends. He loved his Chihuahua, Rico, who never left his side. He also loved to dance and have a good time.
He will live in our hearts forever, we love you dad. Good bye for now my love until we are joined again, I love you!
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 25, 2012 at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, 21714 Old Owen Road in Monroe, WA. There will be a reception for family and friends to celebrate the life of Paul at 4:00 p.m. at Hope Foursquare Church, 5002 Bickford Ave, Snohomish, WA.
