William Henry Lempe

William Henry Lempe, born July 13, 1942 in St. Cloud, MN, passed away on October 30, 2014 in Everett, WA. He graduated from Cathedral High School in St. Cloud, MN. He proudly served his country in the US Air Force. After retiring from the Air Force he went on to work and also retire from the Fluke Corporation in Everett. He enjoyed sailing and spending time with his family and friends. Bill is survived by his loving wife, Sharon, his children, Billy K. Lempe (Audra) of Lynnwood, Brenda Lempe of Sedro-Woolley, Christine Longdon (Russ) of Stanwood, Cherri Hansen (Phil) of Utah, Tammi Lempe of Stanwood, and step-daughter Shelly Weyers (Steve), brother Jim Lempe (Linda) of Homer, AK, and 14 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his step-son Douglas Dean Rogers in 2000. Visitation will be held on Friday, Nov. 7 from 10am-5pm at Bauer Funeral Chapel, 701 First St., Snohomish 98290, 360-568-4126. A memorial service celebrating Bill’s life will be held on Saturday, Nov. 8 at 2pm at Snohomish United Methodist Church, 2400 Lake Ave., Snohomish 98290. Memorials in his name may be made to Snohomish United Methodist Church.
