Doris Eleanore Meller

Doris was born July 22, 1923 in Rockmont, WI to George and Eleanor Martin.

Doris married William H. Meller in May 25, 1952, he preceded her in death on May 11, 2008.

She was very active in church youth groups, 4-H and Cub Scouts, as well as foster parenting.

Survivors include two daughters: Nancy Erickson of Poplar, WI, Barbara (George) Baldwin of Kewaunee, WI; two sons: Lucky Meller of Iron River, WI and William (Janis) Meller of Lake Nebagamon, WI; grandchildren: Keith (Nicole) Meller, Pam (Jeremy) Wells, Nathan and Kimberly Baldwin, Allan (Renee) Erickson, Kari (Stephen) Bullard; great granddaughters: Ashley and Molly Erickson, Sydney Bullard, Sophia Meller; one sister: Dorothy Martin of Superior, WI.

She is preceded in death by her parents; five brothers: George, Howard, Russell, Robert and Curtis Martin; one sister Carol Kieser.

Funeral services will be held 11:30 a.m., Monday, June 10, 2013 at the Brown Funeral Home in Solon Springs, Wisconsin. Officiants will be George and Nathan Baldwin. Visitation will be from 11:00 till the time of the service at the funeral home in Solon Springs, WI. Burial will be in the Hawthorne Cemetery in Hawthorne, WI.

Pall Bearers will be Lucky, William, and Keith Meller, George and Nathan Baldwin, Allan Erickson.
