James was born December 17, 1968 in Spooner, WI to James George Sr. & Rosemary (Lucas) Kilgore.
James enjoyed long walks, listening to music, fireworks, light displays & spending time with his friends.
Among those who survive and gratefully shared his life is his mother: Rosemary Kilgore of Lake Havasu City, AZ; two brothers: Kelly Kilgore of ND & Todd (Sue) Lucas of Poplar, WI; many Aunts, Uncles & Cousins.
Memorial Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 7, 2011 at REM 1406 N 31st Street Superior, WI. Father Kevin Gordon. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Thursday at REM. Private Burial will take place at a later date.
