Doris (Hawley) Barrington

Doris (Hawley) Barrington, 87, of Lakeland, passed away Tuesday, January 5th at home. She was born in Jordan to the late Lawrence and Caroline (Kochenburg) Hawley in 1928. She was an assembler at both General Electric and RE Dietz Co. for many years before retiring. Doris was an avid reader and enjoyed “puttering” around the house. She was predeceased by her son, Thomas, and grandsons, Jason and Chad.

She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Thomas B., 6 daughters; Lorna (Kenneth) Gray, of Baldwinsville, Sandra Parent, of Baldwinsville, Yvonne (Gilbert) Graveline, of Camillus, Debra (Robert) Fuller, of Florida, Kim (Bill) Owens, of Rome and Patricia (Richard) Edwards, of Liverpool, 2 sons; John, of Baldwinsville and William (Elnora), of Lakeland, 25 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren, 2 sisters; Pam McConnell and Bonnie-Jo Graham, both of Baldwinsville, a brother; Scott Thomas, of Phoenix, and several nieces and nephews.

Services were private. There are no calling hours. BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME, has care of arrangements.
