

Edward R. Bagozzi, 66, of Brewerton, passed away Thursday, November 27, 2014 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. He was born in Syracuse to the late Edward and Angelina (Cavallo) Bagozzi in 1948. He was a 1967 graduate of Solvay High School and US Navy Veteran. Edward worked at Allied Chemical and later at New Venture Gear before retiring in 2011. He was an avid golfer and was a finalist in the Herald Masters. He was a communicant of St. Cecilia’s Church and a member of the Tyrol Club of Solvay.
He is survived by his daughter; Carrie (David) Harvey, of Baldwinsville, son; Michael, of Solvay, 3 grandchildren; Connor and Karissa Harvey and Shelby Nodine, 3 sisters; Theresa D’Agostino, of Camillus, Elaine Hamilton, of Camillus and Gloria (Wayde) Hamm, of Lakeland, brother; Ronald (Anne) Bagozzi, of Lakeland, companion of 24 years; Karen Cummings, of Brewerton and her children; Todd Cummings, of Atlanta, GA and Michelle (DJ) Hathaway and family, of Stanford, VA, his dog and best friend, ‘Buddy’, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 8:15 am Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME and 9:00 am at St. Cecilia’s Church, where a Funeral Mass will be celebrated. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery, Syracuse. Family and friends may call Monday, December 1, 2014 from 4 to 7 pm at BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME, 2601 Milton Avenue.
