Eleanor Rausa Francemone

Eleanor Rausa Francemone, 85, of Solvay, passed away Thursday, September 22, 2016 at home. She was born in Syracuse to the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Borell) Rausa in 1931. She was employed as an administrative assistant at Church and Dwight for many years before retiring. Eleanor was predeceased by her husband Charles in 2001.

She is survived by 3 sons; Curt J. (Amy) Francemone, of Solvay, Christopher J. (Kristen) Francemone, of N. Tonawanda and Dr. Charles J. Francemone, of Amherst, 2 daughters; Beth (Bill) Podger, of San Francisco, CA and Elissa R. Francemone, of Columbo, Sri Lanka, 7 grandchildren; Kelsey, Hannah, Colton and Zoe Francemone, of Solvay, Joe, Vinnie and Mitch Francemone, of Amherst, 2 sisters; Delores Vandewalker, of N. Syracuse and Betty (Michael) Miguel, of S. Carolina, a sister-in-law; Ruby Rausa, of MD and cousin; Jean Mancini.

Services and burial in Onondaga County Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery were private. There are no calling hours. BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME, Solvay has care of arrangements.
