

Frank Angelo Albrigo, 92, of Geddes, passed away Wednesday at Crouse Hospital. He was born in Brandy Camp, PA to the late John and Angeline (Carnessali) Albrigo, soon after the family moved to Solvay. He was employed by General Electric Corporation for 42 years, many of which as a manager of the Heavy Military Electronics Division, before retiring in 1984. His memberships included the Tyrol Club of Solvay, its Alpine Choralier’s and the GE Gripers Club. He was a longtime communicant of Holy Family Church and former communicant of St. Cecilia Church. He was predeceased by 2 brothers, Edward and Louis Albrigo.
He is survived by his wife of 72 years, the former Julia DePietro, a son; Dr. John (Eileen) Albrigo, of Falls Church, VA, 3 grandchildren; Todd (Carrie) Albrigo, of Bristow, VA, Kevin (Molly) Albrigo, of Leesburg, VA and Elizabeth (Christopher) Roth, of Ashburn, VA, 10 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 am Saturday, at Holy Family Church, 120 Chapel Dr., Syracuse. The Rite of Committal and entombment will follow in Assumption Cemetery Mausoleum, Syracuse.
