Mary (Capella) Redmond, 97, of Solvay, passed away Friday, August 12, 2016 at St. Camillus Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Solvay to the late Benveneuto and Claudia (Salvagni) Capella in 1918. Mary was a Registered Nurse at Community General Hospital for many years before retiring in 1979.
She is survived by her sisters; Regina Capella, of Solvay and Irene Bertolini, of DeWitt, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
There are no calling hours. Burial in Assumption Cemetery is private. BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME has care of arrangements.
