Nancy (DeLucia) Baichi

Nancy (DeLucia) Baichi, 93, of Solvay, passed away Monday, July 18th at Loretto. She was born in Solvay to the late Antonio and Antoinette (Barbetta) DeLucia in 1923. She was an assembler at Pass and Seymour for over 40 years before retiring in 1985. She was a longtime communicant of St. Cecilia Church. Nancy was a member of several community organizations including, St. Cecilia’s Altar and Rosary Society, St. Cecilia’s Altar and Rosary Past Presidents, St. Anthony Society, Solvay Tigers Auxiliary and Solvay Fire Department Auxiliary. She was predeceased by her husband Louis in 1998, 5 sisters and 2 brothers.

She is survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, great-great nephews and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 am Saturday, July 23, 2016 at St. Cecilia Church, 1001 Woods Rd, Solvay. The Rite of Committal and burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery, Syracuse. There are no calling hours. BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME has care of arrangements.
