Mr. Richard P. Flood Jr.

Richard P. Flood, Jr., 79, of Syracuse, passed away Thursday July 28th at home. A life resident of Syracuse, he was a USMC Veteran of the Korean War. He was employed as a driver at Mark’s Machine Shop in Syracuse before retiring. Richard was a lifetime member of the Stanley B. Pennock VFW Post #2893.

Surviving are 2 sons; Robert, of Louisville, KY and Michael (Kimberly), of Lakeland, 3 grandchildren; Alex, Christopher and Ashley, 1 sister; Katherine Demney, of Santa Barbara, CA.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12:15 pm Tuesday August 2nd in BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME and 1 pm in St. Cecilia Church, where a funeral Mass will be celebrated. Burial will be private. Calling hours are from 5 to 7 pm Monday August 1st at the funeral home, 2601 Milton Ave.
