Mrs. Rose Bucci Petrocci

Rose (Bucci) Petrocci, 91, of Fairmount, passed away Thursday at St. Camillus Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Syracuse to John and Gertrude (Frenza) Bucci, she worked at the NY State Fairgrounds for many years before retiring. She enjoyed cooking and baking her Italian cookies. Rose was predeceased by her husband August in 1986.

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law; Raymond and Marsha Petrocci, of Baldwinsville, 3 grandchildren; Chuck (LeighAnn) Petrocci, of Fairmount, Rachael Petrocci, of Baldwinsville and Amanda (Rob) Prince, of Baldwinsville, 3 great-grandchildren; August and Jacob Petrocci and Tyler Prince, 2 sisters; Angela Tuzzolino, of Solvay and Lucy Corrente, of Lakeland, 1 brother; John (Donna) Bucci, of Geddes and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10 am Monday in BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Syracuse. Calling hours are from 1 to 4 pm Sunday at the funeral home, 2601 Milton Ave. Condolences may be offered at www.bagozzitwins.com.
