Veronica E. Isaacs

Veronica “Ronnie” (Balduzzi) Isaacs, 73, of Lakeland, passed away Monday, July 25, 2016 at Crouse Hospital. She was born in Syracuse to the late Fulvio and Mary (Pellizzari) Balduzzi in 1943. A longtime hairdresser, Ronnie co-owned V.I.P. Coiffures in Lakeland and worked with Bagozzi Twins Funeral Home for 40 years. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Peace Church and member of Lakeland Seniors. Ronnie was predeceased by her parents and sister, Loretta.

She is survived by her daughter; Anita Isaacs, son; Richard Isaacs, both of Lakeland, 2 sisters; Patricia (Steven) Piano, of Solvay and Irene (Harry) Landers, of Cape Vincent, brother; William (Mary Jane) Balduzzi, of Solvay, and many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 am Friday, July 29, 2016 at Our Lady of Peace Church, Lakeland. Family and friends may call from 9:30 to 11 am Friday at Our Lady of Peace, 203 Halcomb St. Burial will be private. BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME has care of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Humane Society or the S.P.C.A.
