Heather Ann Correia, 43, of Somerset and Fall River, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at her home. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of Paul and Leslie (Hodson) Correia.

She attended Somerset Schools and was a graduate of Brockton Nursing Program. Heather was an amazing woman and mom of three beautiful and intelligent children, Jake and Brynn Mello and Gavin Silvia, who she loved very much-to the moon and back! Our hearts break for all of the missed opportunities.

We love and miss her so much and life will never be the same without her.

Shine on , shine on forever
and then some,
Shine down on the ones
that hold precious memories of you.
Shine down while we dream,
Whisper encouragement to those in need.
In spirit and memory you will be right here
and I will hold onto that for forever and then some.

I can't begin to imagine what you are all going through. As a parent this has got to be the worst thing to happen. Just know that I hold you all in my heart. Wish I was there to give you a big hug. I didn't know Heather but I'm sure she was a fantastic mom and daughter and loved her family very much. I hope with time the memories will ease your pain just a little. Sending hugs and my love
