Born in Somerset the daughter of the late Napoleon and Eva (Martin) Laliberte she has been a lifelong area resident. Mrs. Folster was a communicant of St. Louis de France Church, attended St. Louis de France School, and was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne’s Society of St. Louis de France Church. She was employed as Machine Operator for Globe Manufacturing for 20 years retiring in the mid 1970’s.
She is survived by her son Arthur G. Folster and his wife Mary of Monterey, TN; two grandchildren Jeremy Folster and his wife Colleen and Jessica Warrington and her husband John; two great-grandchildren Brady and Brendan Folster; four brothers and sisters Tina Motta, Butch, Pete and Al Laliberte and many nieces and nephews. She was cousin of the late Rev. John Folster – former Pastor of St. Louis de France Church.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday, June23, 2012 at 8am from the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE AT ROSE E. SULLIVAN 866 County St., Somerset followed by her funeral mass at 9am in St. Louis de France Church 56 Buffington St., Swansea. Visiting hours will be Friday (Today) from 4 to 7 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in her honor may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association 311 Arsenal St., Watertown, MA 02472. Burial will be in Newport Memorial Park in Middletown, RI.
