Stacy Ann Wordell

Born in Fall River, the daughter of Helen (Moniz) Barrett of Somerset, and the late Brian E. Wordell, she was a graduate of BMC Durfee High School, class of 1987. Stacy went on to receive her bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island in Speech Pathology and earned her master’s degree from Worcester State College.

Stacy worked as a Speech Language Pathologist for various facilities in Massachusetts including the Lahey Clinic and was a former adjunct professor at Northeastern University.

In addition to her mother, Stacy is survived by her son, Alessandro D. Gianfrancesco of Providence, RI; a sister Kelly Pavao and her husband Gary of Somerset; her nieces and nephew, Victoria Pavao, Sarah Ryan and Zachary Pavao; and two great nieces.
