Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Elias) Rego; she was a lifelong resident of the southcoast. Delores was employed as a telephone operator for 37 years at the New England Telephone Co., prior to her retirement.
Delores loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren; she was a loving mother and grandmother, who had a sweet loving disposition. She had a flair for decorating her home.
She is survived by her children, Mary Ann Fernandez and Kenneth Pacheco of Dartmouth and Donna M. Ferreira of Rehoboth; three grandchildren, Joshua Fernadez, Jennifer Pacheco and Nicole Ferreira.
