

Born in Weymouth, MA, a daughter of the late Jeffrey and Laura (Boucher) Bouchie, she had resided in Dartmouth for many years.
Mrs. Peck was employed as an office clerk for the Bristol County Registry of Deeds in New Bedford until her retirement.
Elly enjoyed the ocean, flower gardening, cooking and birdwatching, especially hummingbirds and butterflies. She will be fondly remembered for her great sense of humor, lovely smile and being a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend. Elly’s family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the staff at the Sacred Heart Home for their care and compassion.
She is survived by a son, Robert E. Peck and his fiancee Roberta of Dartmouth; a daughter, Brenda J. Maciel and her husband George of Dartmouth; a grandson, Damen G. Maciel and his wife Jillian of Fairhaven; a granddaughter, Laura C. Peck of Arlington, VA; and many nieces and nephews. She was the last of her eleven siblings.
Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 from 5-7pm in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE AT DARTMOUTH, 230 Russells Mills Rd., Dartmouth.
