Born in New Bedford, Grace was the beloved daughter of the late Fredrick and Myrtle (Wilcox) Allen.
Grace was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and cherished member of her family. She shared 33 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, the late Robert Francis Devlin Jr. Family was at the heart of Grace’s life, and she treasured the time spent with those she loved. She was a warm, caring, and family-oriented woman whose presence brought comfort and love to those around her.
