Born in St. Michael, Azores, Portugal, a daughter of the late Francisco and Maria (Tome) Patricio, she immigrated to the United States in 1967 coming to Dartmouth.
She worked as a packer for a fish processing company for over twenty years retiring in 1986.
She is survived by one sister; Olinda DeMedeiros of Dartmouth and several nieces and nephews. She was sister of the late Manuel Patricio and Maria Medeiros.
Her Funeral will be held Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at 9:30AM from the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE at DARTMOUTH, 230 Russells Mills Road, Dartmouth, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30AM in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Rivet Street, New Bedford. Visiting hours Monday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Burial in St. John’s Cemetery, New Bedford.
