Mrs. Barcellos, Nancy, Ralph, Gene and Shirley:

I have such wonderful memories of your entire family from my New Bedford days. Fun parties! Larry was one of the good guys. He was truly a gentleman. Thank you, Larry, for your service in the US Navy.

Ti Larry was the last of a wonderful family, first generation Americans born after their parents came to the US from Teiceira. As a child growing up in Wareham, I remember the many get-togethers with Ti Larry and his siblings. He was always happy and relaxed, always with a smile on his face. I am proud he is my uncle and I will keep in in my heart always.
