Richard was the son of the late Gerald D. and Miriam V. (Kelley) Noonan. He was a graduate of Dartmouth High School and earned an Associate’s degree in Electronics from Fisher Junior College.
Richard had worked for US Ring Binder and Building 19 for many years. He was an electronics and computer enthusiast, enjoyed reading and collecting books.
He is survived by his brother, Kenneth M. Noonan. He was preceded in death by his brother, Paul S. Noonan.
Private services are in the care of Waring-Sullivan Home at Dartmouth.
