Robert had a kind and innocent heart, finding happiness in life’s simple pleasures. He loved animals, especially cats, and shared a special bond with his cat Fancy. Some of his favorite days were spent playing with Fancy, watching a good movie at the theater, or taking a walk through the Dartmouth Mall.
Robert was also a familiar face at Lolly’s in Dartmouth, where he was affectionately known as “Bobby” by friends and neighbors. It was a special place for him, filled with people who truly cared about him.
A graduate of Fairhaven High School, Robert spent his career working in the shipping and receiving department for The TJX Companies.
He leaves behind his brother and sister-in-law, Ray and Doris Angers of Rehoboth, his nieces and nephew, Alison Burke (Mark), Tyler Angers, and Angela Graver (Ryan); and his dear friend, Maggie Cabral, and her husband, Ray.
Robert was predeceased by his father, Gerard Angers; his mother, Beverly (Branchini) Angers and her partner Normand Vigeant; and his brother, Mark Angers.
