

It is with great sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved daughter and sister, Sheila Ann Grassanovich on July 7, 2026. Born on Oct 27, 1969, in Stamford, CT, Sheila was the middle daughter of Alex and the late Janet Grassanovich of South Dartmouth, MA.
She attended Dartmouth public schools, Bishop Stang High School and graduated from UMass Dartmouth with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. After a long career at State Street Bank in Quincy, MA, she worked locally.
Being a dog and horse lover, she enjoyed surrounding herself with animals. She also loved shopping with her sisters and mother, taking her father out to lunch regularly, traveling and cooking.
She found new fun adventures with her loving, long-time companion, Christopher Louro and daughters, Emma and Ruby, and her handsome pup, Bear.
Sheila is survived by her father, Alex Grassanovich and her sisters, Janice Sumner (Christopher) and Amy MacDonald (Scott). In addition, she is also survived by her aunt Judi Moker, uncle Jim Moker, cousins Jamie and Stephen, her aunt Sylvia Yagielski, her aunt Jeananne Urbanowicz and uncle Edward Urbanowicz and cousins, Kellyjean and Edward.
Sheila is now at peace alongside her mother.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, July 13, 2026 at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, 795 Dartmouth St., Dartmouth. Burial will follow in South Dartmouth Cemetery. For online tribute/directions: www.waring-sullivan.com.
